Not Every Second

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These terms apply when you use the Not Every Second iPhone app, Chrome extension, or website, made by Jaehyeong Kang. By using them, you agree to these terms.

What Not Every Second does

Not Every Second blocks the sites and apps you choose and lets you through for limited Unlock Sessions. It is free to use.

What it doesn't promise

Not Every Second is a tool for self-control, not a security or parental-control product. It can be bypassed, for example by removing the extension, using another browser, using Incognito windows without allowing the extension there, or turning off Screen Time access.

We provide Not Every Second "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise that it will block every site or app or that it will always be available.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using or being unable to use Not Every Second. This doesn't limit our liability for harm we cause intentionally or through gross negligence.

Changes and ending the service

We may change or stop Not Every Second. We'll post changes to these terms here at least 7 days before they take effect.

Governing law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. They are published in several languages; if the versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
