iPhone
Pick apps, categories, and websites with Apple's Screen Time picker. A blocked app shows a Block Screen that sends you to Not Every Second to unlock, and blocking comes back after 30 minutes even if you close the app.

Chrome
Blocks the sites you pick from YouTube, Instagram, X, Reddit, Threads, Facebook, and TikTok. A blocked site turns its tab into the Block Screen. Unlock there and you're back on the page you wanted. Your Block List follows your Chrome account to your other computers.

Between you and your device
There's no account and no server. Your Block List and Unlocks stay on your device. In Chrome, your Block List syncs through your own Chrome account, like your bookmarks.
